Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy\uff09\u7684\u516c\u6c11\u53c3\u8207\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08Ralph W. Voorhees Center for Civic Engagement\uff09\u3001\u570b\u7acb\u653f\u6cbb\u5927\u5b78\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u7a7a\u9593\u793e\u6703\u8cc7\u6599\u6574\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001OURs\u90fd\u5e02\u6539\u9769\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7c4c\u5283\u300c\u90fd\u5e02\u571f\u5730\u958b\u767c\u7684\u793e\u6703\u50f9\u503c\u300d\u7cfb\u5217\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u6b64\u6d3b\u52d5\u4ea6\u53d7\u5230 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanstudiesfoundation.org\/events\/the-social-values-of-urban-land-development-collective-inquiries-and-practices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urban Studies Foundation<\/a> \u652f\u6301\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u5404\u754c\u4f86\u5171\u540c\u95dc\u6ce8\u601d\u8faf\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u8981\u600e\u6a23\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u672a\u4f86\u8207\u5c45\u4f4f\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7cfb\u5217\u6d3b\u52d5\u5f62\u5f0f\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u5834\u6f14\u8b1b\u8207\u5169\u5834\u8ad6\u58c7\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u5834\u6f14\u8b1b\u70ba\u9019\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u626e\u6f14\u5c0e\u8a00\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5b78\u7406\u8207\u500b\u6848\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u5bb9\u7a4d\u653f\u7b56\u5de5\u5177\u5c0d\u571f\u5730\u5e02\u5834\u3001\u5730\u50f9\u8207\u90fd\u5e02\u516c\u5171\u6027\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u5176\u9918\u5169\u5834\u8ad6\u58c7\u5206\u5225\u7531\u9577\u671f\u95dc\u5fc3\u76f8\u95dc\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u8207\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u571f\u5730\u958b\u767c\u653f\u7b56\u5de5\u5177\u8207\u90fd\u5e02\u53ef\u8ca0\u64d4\u4f4f\u5b85\u6b64\u5169\u500b\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5177\u6709\u9032\u6b65\u6027\u3001\u516c\u5171\u6027\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u53ef\u80fd\u9032\u884c\u5c0d\u8ac7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without doubt, Taiwan\u2019s existing policy tools of urban land development have generated significant financial incentives and have also created huge profit and wealth in land. Crucial questions regarding land\u2019s social values, however, have yet to be asked and seriously examined. For example, who benefits? Who loses out? To what extent have land prices been driven higher by regulatory tools? Is the so-called \u201ccaptured value\u201d from private property developers\u2019 contributions really worthwhile? Who decides what needs to be contributed? And for how much? And at what cost?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This series of three events on The Social Values of Urban Land Development is organized by the collaboration between the Ralph W. Voorhees Center for Civic Engagement, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, the Lab for Integrated Socio-Spatial Science and Information at National Chengchi University, and the Organization of Urban Re-s (OURs). This project is also supported by an Urban Studies Foundation Knowledge Mobilization Award grant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" id=\"h.hwpbpcwc901g_l\">\n<p>\u8acb\u8ddf\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u4f86\u63a2\u7d22\u3001\u601d\u8003\u3001\u8faf\u8ad6\uff1a\u6211\u5011\u671f\u671b\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8207\u4f4f\u5b85\u74b0\u5883\u4ee5\u53ca\u90fd\u5e02\u672a\u4f86\uff1fJoin us to explore, rethink, and debate questions about what kinds of urban futures and housing conditions we desire for our cities.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6d3b\u52d5<\/strong>\u5167\u5bb9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgb(175, 204, 160)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-colibri-color-5-color\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u5834\uff1a2022\/7\/30 \uff08\u661f\u671f\u516d\uff09\u4e0a\u534810-12 \u9ede<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5730\u9ede\uff1a\u7dda\u4e0a\u8996\u8a0a\u6703\u8b70\u5ba4\uff08\u5831\u540d\u5f8c\u5c07\u65bc7.28\u5bc4\u9001\u9023\u7d50\uff0c\u5982\u672a\u6536\u5230\u8acb\u806f\u7e6bOURs\u5718\u968a\u81c9\u66f8\u7c89\u7d72\u5c08\u9801\u6216\u4fe1\u7bb1\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u958b\u5834\u81f4\u8a5e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6797\u5b50\u6b3d\uff0f\u570b\u7acb\u653f\u6cbb\u5927\u5b78\u5730\u653f\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u3001\u793e\u6703\u79d1\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u526f\u9662\u9577\u66a8\u7a7a\u9593\u793e\u6703\u8cc7\u6599\u6574\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stuart Shapiro\uff0fRutgers University, Edward J.
